During an inspection there shall be a discrete and independent check of an inspection object. The purpose of the inspection is to check whether or not the inspection object complies with the requirements and conditions that have been laid down in law.
The inspection is conducted through inspections and controls. Controls cover all the measures that are undertaken to verify that the inspection object complies with current regulations. During inspection there is a comprehensive control on site of the inspection object.
Preventive inspection work in the form of giving advance and information is part of the work conducted by the National Electrical Safety Board.
The inspection is divided into different types of inspection, repeat inspections, project-based inspection, indication-controlled inspection and market control.
